Tribal Girl Scores Highest in Intermediate Exams

Suryapet, 13 April 2026: In an inspiring achievement, 17-year-old Anjali Banothu from a small tribal hamlet in Suryapet has secured an outstanding 991 out of 1000 marks in the Intermediate Public Examinations 2026, emerging as one of the top scorers in the state.

Anjali, who comes from a humble background and was raised by her mother, a farm labourer, achieved this success through hard work and determination despite financial difficulties. She is currently studying at a government residential junior college under the Telangana Tribal Welfare system.

Her achievement is being widely appreciated as a symbol of perseverance and educational progress among tribal students in Telangana, and it serves as an inspiration for many aspiring students across the state.
