India Post to Hold Virtual Dak Adalat in Telangana on March 23 to Address Customer Complaints

Hyderabad: The Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, will conduct a Dak Adalat through virtual mode (online) on March 23, 2026, at 11 am to address complaints and grievances related to India Post customer services.

According to an official release, the Dak Adalat will provide an opportunity for the public to raise issues related to postal services in Telangana and seek resolution directly from postal authorities.

Complaints to Be Submitted Before March 13

Members of the public who wish to submit complaints or grievances can send them to:

Complaints must be submitted on or before March 13, 2026.

Matters Not Covered in Dak Adalat

Officials clarified that staff-related matters, service-related internal issues and cases pending before courts will not be considered during the Dak Adalat.

Guidelines for Submitting Complaints

Complainants have been advised to write their grievances clearly and in an understandable manner. The envelope should be superscribed with “Dak Adalat” on the outer cover.

Participants must also provide their mobile number, email ID and address along with the complaint for further communication.

Online Participation Details

The Dak Adalat will be conducted virtually, and the meeting link will be shared with participants through their registered mobile numbers or email IDs in due course, officials said.

The initiative aims to provide a transparent and efficient platform for resolving postal service complaints and improving customer satisfaction with India Post services in Telangana.
