Hyderabad: The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) organized a one-day workshop titled ‘Resilient Minds – Thriving Businesses’ at the Surana Auditorium, Federation House, focusing on mental resilience, leadership psychology, and sustainable business growth.

The event drew participation from over 200 entrepreneurs, business leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders who explored the link between mental strength and long-term business success.

Focus on Psychology, Leadership and Growth

The workshop highlighted how understanding and managing the human mind plays a crucial role in effective leadership, decision-making, and organizational growth.

Participants discussed strategies for building mental resilience to navigate business uncertainties and improve productivity.

IMA Leaders Address Legal and Professional Concerns

Dr. Dilip P. Bhanushali, National President (2024–25) of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), addressed the gathering and raised concerns about legal protections for doctors. He stated that medical professionals should be granted immunity similar to judges and advocates from provisions under the Clinical Consumer Protection Act.

He noted that multiple representations have been submitted to authorities on this issue.

Dr. P. Kishan, President of the IMA Telangana unit, emphasized the importance of understanding and managing the human mind.

“Every critical component in life has a manual. Why not a manual for the mind? We need to understand it better to manage it effectively,” he said, advocating for a structured approach to mental health and cognitive awareness.

Mental Resilience as a Business Imperative

The programme underscored the growing importance of mental resilience in entrepreneurship and leadership. Experts stressed that emotional intelligence, psychological clarity, and stress management are essential for sustainable business growth.

By bringing together business and healthcare leaders, the FTCCI workshop highlighted the importance of integrating mental wellness strategies into professional environments to build stronger organizations and resilient leadership.
