Hyderabad: India’s leading startup incubator T-Hub has announced a strategic partnership with the Hauts-de-France region to accelerate cross-border startup growth, investment, and innovation between India and France.

The collaboration establishes a structured implementation framework aimed at strengthening startup-led economic cooperation and enabling emerging businesses from both countries to expand into new international markets.

Structured Market Entry and Investment Support

Under the agreement, startups from India and France will receive comprehensive support for reciprocal market entry. Key initiatives include:

  • Structured immersion programmes for international exposure

  • Assistance with market access and regulatory registration

  • Investor introductions and syndication pathways

  • Co-investment opportunities across both ecosystems

The partnership is designed to ease cross-border expansion while strengthening capital flows between the two innovation hubs.

Alignment with Viksit Bharat 2047 Vision

The India–France startup collaboration aligns with India’s long-term development roadmap under Viksit Bharat 2047, which aims to position the country as a globally connected economic powerhouse driven by innovation, advanced technologies, and strong capital ecosystems.

The initiative also complements national programmes such as the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) and the revised deep-tech policy framework, further reinforcing India’s ambition to become a global startup leader.

Focus on Acceleration and Global Scale-Up

As part of the partnership, both parties will co-design acceleration and market readiness programmes to help startups:

  • Localise products for international markets

  • Refine business models

  • Scale globally

  • Access pilot projects and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) opportunities

The collaboration will also create corporate–startup engagement platforms featuring cross-border innovation challenges and pilot initiatives.
