Hyderabad | BJP leader NV Subhash hits out at INDIA bloc leaders over remarks against PM Modi

Date:

Hyderabad: BJP leader NV Subhash strongly defended Prime Minister Narendra Modi following allegations that derogatory remarks were made against him at an INDIA bloc rally in Bihar. Subhash said that PM Modi’s decades-long political career has remained free from corruption charges and that his leadership has been acknowledged both during peace and in challenging, war-like situations.

“In 40–50 years of his political battle, he (PM Modi) has never been involved in any of the charges, but has been praised for his efforts in peace and war-like situations,” Subhash remarked, adding that the opposition’s narrative was aimed at maligning the Prime Minister’s clean image.

He accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his family of being the ones truly facing corruption charges. “Who is the actual chor in this country? Rahul Gandhi and his family have been out on bail because they have been involved in the corruption charges levelled against them before Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister,” he said.

Subhash further alleged that the INDIA bloc, particularly the Congress, was resorting to personal attacks and divisive rhetoric due to its declining electoral relevance. He stressed that the people of India continue to trust PM Modi because of his clean record, development-oriented governance, and decisive leadership on national issues.

“The INDIA bloc’s frustration is evident in the language being used. But the public has rejected such politics, and they will do so again in the upcoming elections,” Subhash added.
