PM Modi Meets Paraguayan President Santiago Peña at Hyderabad House in Delhi

New Delhi — Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a bilateral meeting with the President of Paraguay, Santiago Peña Palacios, at Hyderabad House in the national capital. The meeting marks a significant step in strengthening diplomatic and economic ties between India and Paraguay.

Both leaders discussed expanding cooperation in various sectors, including digital technology, energy, critical minerals, agriculture, defence, health, railways, and space. The visit is seen as a reaffirmation of the growing partnership between the two democracies.

President Peña’s visit to India includes stops in both Delhi and Mumbai, reflecting Paraguay’s interest in deepening ties beyond diplomacy to trade and investment opportunities.
