Hyderabad, Telangana – BJP Member of Parliament Etala Rajender strongly criticized the Telangana state government for its decision to sell 400 acres of land belonging to Hyderabad University, calling it a wrong move. Rajender expressed his concern over the ongoing protests by students, who have been vocal against the land sale, and condemned the government’s actions.

“The state government is trying to sell 400 acres of land of Hyderabad University, which is wrong. Today, students protesting against this were arrested… I condemn this. This is wrong,” Rajender stated, highlighting his opposition to the government’s decision.

He further demanded that the government immediately withdraw its decision to sell the land, emphasizing the importance of protecting educational institutions and their resources. Rajender’s remarks reflect growing discontent among students and political leaders regarding the handling of university land, and his call for the government to reconsider its stance is likely to stir further debate on the issue.
