BJP Hits Back at TPCC Chief Over Remarks on Bandi Sanjay’s Victory in Karimnagar

Hyderabad: The political war of words in Telangana intensified after BJP spokesperson Rachna Reddy strongly countered remarks made by TPCC President Bomma Mahesh Kumar Goud over BJP National General Secretary Bandi Sanjay’s victory in Karimnagar.

Rachna Reddy criticised Goud for questioning the legitimacy of Sanjay’s win and for claiming that alleged fake votes and cross-constituency voting were responsible for the BJP leader’s success. She said such accusations reflect Congress’s frustration and inability to accept democratic verdicts.

“Mahesh Kumar Goud has the audacity to question Bandi Sanjay and his victory in Karimnagar, claiming that whatever Rahul Gandhi says is gospel truth. He even went to the extent of questioning Sanjay’s Backward Class status and calling him by another name that no one knows of. This shows Congress’s arrogance and insensitivity,” Rachna Reddy remarked.

She alleged that Congress is resorting to divisive and “anti-India” narratives because it has failed to connect with people on real issues. “Congress will never win elections again because they are anti-India. Such doubts are deliberately generated by global powers and vested interests to destabilise democracy,” she added.

Rachna Reddy also cited former Congress leader Natwar Singh’s statement that the UPA government functioned under external influence, including the CIA, to emphasise her claim that Congress has historically compromised India’s sovereignty.

The BJP spokesperson urged people not to fall for “rogue fake voter narratives” and stressed that democracy is being safeguarded under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
