BJP Candidate Madhavi Latha Speaks Out on ‘Razakar: The Silent Genocide of Hyderabad’

Date:

Hyderabad, Telangana – BJP Hyderabad candidate, Madhavi Latha, has voiced her strong opinions on the recently released movie, ‘Razakar: The Silent Genocide of Hyderabad’.

At the film’s opening yesterday, Latha expressed her deep connection with the movie’s narrative, stating, “Once you know the true character of it; it feels like why we were not born then, otherwise, we would have taken the sword to protect the dignity of our Telangana brothers.”

She further questioned the continued presence of ‘Razakars’ in Hyderabad and their influence on the city’s governance. “Why there are still ‘Razakars’ in Hyderabad. Why still the rule of Razakars are continuing here?” she asked.

Latha also highlighted the lack of basic amenities in the Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency, pointing out the absence of bus and metro services. She claimed that even Ola drivers fear entering the area, which she attributes to the lingering influence of the ‘Razakars’.

“Now tell me is this not the world of Razakars?” she challenged.

In a call to action, Latha urged everyone in Telangana to watch the ‘Razakar’ movie, presumably to gain a deeper understanding of the historical events and their impact on present-day Hyderabad.

This statement from the BJP candidate is expected to stir up conversations about the city’s history, its current state, and the path forward.
