AI, Cloud and HR Tech Focus: Isolved Opens Hyderabad Global Capability Centre

Date:

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad has achieved another major milestone as a global tech hub. Renowned US-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions provider Isolved has launched its new Global Capability Center (GCC) in the city. The center will expand its business in artificial intelligence (AI), software engineering, and international operations, providing a significant boost to technological development in the city.

The Hyderabad center is Isolved’s largest office outside the United States. It reflects the company’s long-term commitment to India’s rapidly growing technology landscape. According to officials, the center will help develop new-age human resources (HR) software and provide better service to clients worldwide.

The company stated that the new centre will focus heavily on AI-driven innovation, cloud technology, software engineering, data analytics, cybersecurity, and workforce management solutions. The Hyderabad team will contribute toward improving Isolved’s digital HR platforms, which are used by businesses to manage payroll, employee engagement, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance operations.

According to company executives, Hyderabad was selected because of its strong talent base, mature IT infrastructure, and growing reputation as a preferred destination for Global Capability Centres. Industry observers note that several multinational corporations have expanded operations in Hyderabad over the past few years due to the city’s availability of highly skilled engineering professionals and cost-efficient innovation ecosystem.

Isolved currently serves more than 195,000 employers and millions of employees, primarily in the United States. The company believes the Hyderabad GCC will help accelerate product innovation while enabling round-the-clock operational support through a global delivery framework.

Senior leadership at the company said the GCC would function as a strategic innovation hub rather than a traditional outsourcing centre. The facility is expected to support core business operations including software product development, AI research, customer experience enhancement, and enterprise platform modernization.

The company has also appointed Yogesh More as General Manager for Isolved India, who will oversee operations, hiring, and long-term expansion plans in Hyderabad. Officials indicated that the workforce in India is expected to grow significantly over the coming years as the company scales its engineering and product teams.

Industry experts believe the development further strengthens Hyderabad’s position as a leading GCC destination in India alongside Bengaluru and Pune. The city has witnessed rapid growth in sectors such as fintech, healthcare technology, aerospace, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software, attracting major global investments.

Isolved is opening a new technology center in India. This shows that global companies are now using India for high-level innovation and engineering, rather than just basic office tasks. Experts say this shift is creating many jobs in modern tech like AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Isolved has opened its new office in India (GCC) at a time when foreign companies are establishing large research and technology centers in India, rather than simply sending routine work to India. According to experts, this shift is creating numerous new job opportunities in India in advanced technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), cloud computing, machine learning, and cybersecurity.

By opening a new facility in Hyderabad, Isolved joins a growing list of major tech companies choosing the city to build and develop their digital products.
