Hyderabad, Telangana – In a significant display of support, the Telangana BJP Mahila Morcha took to the streets in protest outside the Directorate Of Medical Education (DME) Office in Koti, Hyderabad. The demonstration was organized to voice solidarity with ASHA workers who have reportedly been deprived of their salaries.
ASHA workers, integral to India’s public health system, especially in rural and remote areas, are facing financial hardships due to alleged non-payment of wages.
